The Setting Wines is the result of a shared vision between friends Jeff Cova, Noah Brenowitz, and Jesse Katz. As the first winemaker ever named to Forbes 30 Under 30, Jesse Katz has built a reputation for crafting some of the most sought-after bottles in the world, including a record-breaking Cabernet Sauvignon that holds the title for the most expensive bottle ever sold at auction.
What makes these wines stand out is their uncompromising sourcing. By securing fruit from the most prestigious single vineyards in Napa Valley (Oakville) and Sonoma (Alexander Valley), The Setting creates wines that are powerful, refined, and deeply evocative of their specific origins.
