The Pour List & Tasting Notes
Daou Sauvignon Blanc
Georges and Daniel Daou set out to prove Paso Robles could compete with the best wine regions in the world, and that didn't just mean big reds. They made this to be bright, refreshing, and incredibly easy to drink.
Tasting Notes: Crisp and clean with lively citrus, lemongrass, and green apple notes. Finishes with a bright acidity that perfectly primes your palate.Daou Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
This bottle showcases what the high-elevation terroir of Daou Mountain can do. It spends about 15 months in French oak, resulting in a classic, serious Paso Cab that still feels completely approachable.
Tasting Notes: Rich dark cherry, blackberry, and cocoa, with subtle hints of wild herbs and toasted oak. Smooth, full-bodied, and deeply satisfying.Daou "Soul of a Lion" Cabernet Sauvignon
The crown jewel of the core Daou lineup. This flagship bottle is named in honor of Georges and Daniel’s father, Joseph Daou, celebrating his strength and resilience. It consistently pulls massive critical acclaim and stands toe-to-toe with the top classified growths of Bordeaux.
Tasting Notes: Incredibly layered and complex. Expect powerful flavors of black currant, dark plum, licorice, and espresso, balanced by elegant, fine-grained tannins that linger.Patrimony Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
The absolute pinnacle of the evening. Patrimony is Daniel Daou's hyper-focused, ultra-luxury project where no corners are cut. Grown on an exclusive patch of the mountain with unique clay soils, this highly allocated bottle represents the absolute peak of Paso Robles winemaking.
